Alexander J. May Annapolis, Maryland
Mr. May joined Brassel & Baldwin P.A. in 1996 and has been a partner with the firm since 2001. His practice areas include medical malpractice, toxic torts, business litigation, and products liability. He is also National Counsel for clients included in multi-jurisdictional toxic tort litigation. He graduated from the University of Maryland, College Park, Maryland, in 1986 with a Bachelor of Arts degree and from the University of Maryland School of Law in 1995, where he received his Doctorate of Jurisprudence with Honors. Mr. May was admitted to the Maryland State Bar in 1995 and the District of Columbia Bar in 1997. He is also admitted to the United States District Court for the District of Maryland, U.S. Court of Appeals Fourth Circuit, and the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia. Mr. May is a member of the American Bar Association, Maryland State Bar Association, and Anne Arundel County Bar Association, and he is a sustaining member of the American Trial Lawyers Association. Mr. May has been appointed by the Maryland Attorney Grievance Commission to the Commission's Peer Review Committee and has served as the Peer Review Panels Chairman. He has also served as Chairman of the Board for the Anne Arundel County School System Panel, devoted to mentoring at-risk students. |
